Where are classes & clinics held?
Basics of Breastfeeding classes & Drop-in Clinics are held at Milk Supply, 4955 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. All other services are provided in the comfort of your own home.
How does payment work?
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, Apple Pay, & QuickPay.
Do you take insurance?
Insurance is not accepted at this time, but a superbill will be provided after all consultations and may be requested for classes. A superbill is essentially a specialized receipt that includes medical codes and which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. If you are interested in seeing a lactation consultant who takes your insurance, it is recommended to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask for their list of in-network lactation consultants (IBCLCs). If they are unable to provide you with this, they should be able to explain the process by which you will be reimbursed for seeing a lactation consultant out-of-network. The National Women's Law Center has an excellent resource for obtaining your Affordable Care Act-mandated lactation coverage.
